Maciej Hippler – extremely creative and talented chef with a positive outlook on life, who loves to rediscover the flavors from his childhood and give them a new spin. He skillfully combines traditional polish cuisine with modern cooking techniques and prepares every dish with great dedication to the craft. He gained his experience working in the best 4- and 5-star hotels in Poland and as an apprentice in Atelier Amaro. A member of Poland Culinary Team, Polish representative during EXPOGAST CULINARY WORLD CUP 2018 in Luxembourg. Cooking is not only his job, but also his passion.
